Orders are shipped with Canada Post, Purolator, or other trusted carriers within Canada and the United States. You’ll receive a tracking link in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $59.99 CAD.

Orders under this amount will see calculated shipping rates during checkout.

The shipment subtotal (after discounts, before tax and shipping) determines free shipping eligibility. Shipping rates and promotions are subject to change at any time.

Orders containing multiple products may ship in separate parcels, with different tracking numbers and delivery times. All tracking information will be provided in your shipping confirmation email.

We do not ship to PO Boxes. Please ensure your address can be verified before placing your order.

PROCESSING & TRANSIT TIMES

We work hard to get your order out as quickly as possible — typically processed within 2-3 business day and delivered in 2–7 business days.

Once shipped, delivery times will depend on your location and the carrier.

During peak seasons, carriers may take longer than normal to update tracking scans or deliver parcels. If your tracking shows movement but appears delayed, please contact the carrier directly. Our team is always here to help if you need support.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS

If an item from your order is out of stock, we will refund that item and ship the remaining products. All items ship together where possible.

Wholesale orders are shipped via LTL carrier within Canada or by parcel post, depending on order size. Tracking details will be sent by our customer operations team after fulfillment.

SHIPPING RATES
Wholesale orders over $500 CAD qualify for free shipping. Orders below this amount will see shipping rates during checkout.

As with retail orders, wholesale shipments may be split into multiple pallets or parcels depending on size and contents.
