Welcome to WRAP DADDY. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the WRAP DADDY website, products, and services.

Throughout these Terms, “WRAP DADDY,” “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to WRAP DADDY TAPES INC. “You” and “your” refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing our products.

By visiting our website and/or purchasing something from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase our products.

1. ONLINE STORE TERMS

By using this website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your province, state, or jurisdiction of residence, or that you have permission from a parent or legal guardian to use this website.

You may not use our products or website for any unlawful or unauthorized purpose.

WRAP DADDY sells hockey-related products, including hockey tape and related accessories.

All prices displayed on our website are subject to change without notice.

Unless otherwise stated, prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

Applicable taxes and shipping charges may be calculated and added at checkout.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, typographical errors, promotional errors, or other inaccuracies at any time, including after an order has been submitted.

If an incorrect price affects your order, we may contact you to provide the option to proceed at the correct price or cancel the affected order.

5. ORDERS

Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance of that order.

We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order for reasons including, but not limited to:

  • suspected fraud;

  • product availability;

  • incorrect pricing;

  • payment issues;

  • resale activity;

  • unusually large quantities; or

  • violations of these Terms.

If we cancel an order after payment has been processed, we will issue an appropriate refund.

You agree to provide accurate and current billing, shipping, payment, and contact information when placing an order.

6. PAYMENT

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers, including Shopify Payments and other payment services offered at checkout.

By submitting payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.

We do not directly control the security or operation of third-party payment providers.

7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Shipping times shown on our website are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

Delivery times may be affected by circumstances outside our control, including:

  • carrier delays;

  • weather;

  • customs processing;

  • labour disruptions;

  • incorrect shipping information;

  • holiday demand; or

  • other transportation interruptions.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address.

WRAP DADDY is not responsible for delays or delivery problems caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information supplied by the customer.

Additional duties, taxes, customs fees, brokerage fees, or import charges may apply to international orders and are generally the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

8. RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Returns, exchanges, and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

Products must meet the eligibility requirements contained in that policy before a return or refund will be issued.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

9. PROMOTIONS AND DISCOUNT CODES

From time to time, WRAP DADDY may offer promotional discounts, bundles, contests, giveaways, or coupon codes.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • promotional offers cannot be combined;

  • discount codes have no cash value;

  • promotions may be modified or cancelled at any time;

  • promotional pricing may apply only during the stated promotional period; and

  • discounts may exclude certain products, bundles, wholesale purchases, or shipping charges.

We reserve the right to cancel transactions involving suspected abuse of promotional offers.

10. WHOLESALE AND RESALE

Purchasing products through our consumer website does not automatically authorize you to act as an authorized WRAP DADDY retailer, distributor, wholesaler, or reseller.

We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders that we reasonably believe are intended for unauthorized commercial resale.

Wholesale relationships may be subject to separate agreements, pricing, minimum order quantities, payment terms, territory restrictions, and resale requirements.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content appearing on the WRAP DADDY website, including but not limited to:

  • the WRAP DADDY name;

  • logos;

  • slogans;

  • product names;

  • graphics;

  • packaging;

  • photographs;

  • videos;

  • website design;

  • written copy;

  • illustrations; and

  • other brand materials

is owned by or licensed to WRAP DADDY and may be protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, publish, sell, license, or commercially exploit WRAP DADDY content without our prior written permission.

Nothing in these Terms grants you any ownership interest in WRAP DADDY intellectual property.

12. USER CONTENT

If you submit content to WRAP DADDY, including photographs, videos, reviews, testimonials, comments, suggestions, or social media content, you remain responsible for the content you submit.

By voluntarily submitting content directly to us for promotional use, you grant WRAP DADDY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to use, reproduce, display, distribute, adapt, and publish that content for marketing, advertising, promotional, and commercial purposes, subject to applicable law.

You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that its use will not violate the rights of another person.

We reserve the right to remove content that we consider unlawful, abusive, defamatory, misleading, offensive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

Customer reviews and testimonials reflect the individual experiences and opinions of the people providing them.

Individual results or experiences may vary.

We reserve the right to moderate, reject, or remove reviews that contain spam, unlawful content, false information, harassment, intellectual property infringement, or unrelated promotional material.

18. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Where permitted by law, WRAP DADDY's total liability relating to a purchased product will not exceed the amount paid for the product giving rise to the claim.

These limitations do not apply where liability cannot legally be limited or excluded under applicable law.
